Jess is a fifth grade boy. He has two older sisters and two younger sisters. His two older ones are so mean to him because he doesn't let them dress him up and walk around in there baby stroller anymore. The youngest one is annoying and cries anytime Jess doesn't let her play on him, but the 2nd to youngest one worships him. Jess says it can get kind of annoying sometimes, but I think it would be fun. Jess' mom is mean to him too. She makes him do all the chores when nobody else had to! Luckily, Jess' dad is nice to him, but he barely ever sees him.
Jess likes to run and draw. He has a crush on the music teacher. Nobody else likes her though because she is a hippy.
His best friend is named Leslie. They made up a land called Terribithia. They go there a lot with prince Terran. Prince Terran is a dog that Jess had got for Leslie on Easter. The only reason he got it was because they were free.
Jess has a pretty hard life, but in a lot of ways it is really good!
